By accessing this website or creating an LWA account, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no harassment, discrimination, impersonation, spam, fraudulent listings, scraping, or attempts to compromise security. Directory listings must be truthful and current.
Community conduct
Community spaces, mentorship and events are governed by the LWA code of conduct. Breaches may result in suspension or removal without refund.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant LWA a non-exclusive licence to host, display and use it to operate and promote the platform and its programmes.
Our content
LWA branding, publications, course materials and site content are protected. You may share and cite them with attribution, but not resell or misrepresent them as your own.
Programmes and courses
Eligibility, fees, cohort dates and certification criteria are stated at the point of application. Places may be withdrawn where eligibility information proves inaccurate.
Opportunities and directories
Listings from third parties are shared in good faith. LWA does not guarantee outcomes, funding or the conduct of third parties, and you should carry out your own checks.
Donations and payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms. Refunds are handled case by case in line with our published approach.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and may modify or discontinue features.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LWA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from platform use, third-party listings or partner conduct.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the code of conduct, or where required for safeguarding or legal reasons.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction of the registered LWA entity, as stated in the published version of this document.
