Speak up
If something is wrong, tell us. You will be taken seriously and you will be protected.
This channel is for serious concerns: fraud, corruption, sexual exploitation or abuse, safeguarding failures, discrimination, conflicts of interest, misuse of donor funds, or any behaviour that puts people at risk.
Anyone — staff, members, participants, volunteers, mentors, partners, suppliers or members of the public affected by our work.
Submit your concern through the contact page, marking it as a whistleblowing report, or speak directly to a designated safeguarding lead or board member. Reports may be made anonymously.
What happened, when and where, who was involved, whether anyone is currently at risk, and any evidence you can safely share. Do not put yourself in danger to gather evidence.
Reports are logged confidentially, acknowledged, and assessed by a person independent of the concern. Where substantiated, action follows — including disciplinary measures, contract termination, recovery of funds or referral to authorities.
Your identity is shared only with those who need it to investigate, unless disclosure is required by law. Anonymous reports are accepted and investigated as far as the information allows.
Retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith is a serious breach of our code of conduct and will be treated as a disciplinary matter.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then notify us so we can act on our safeguarding duties.
